NEXPOD Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations
We currently offer checkout shipping within the United States. Orders can only be placed for destinations available at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping rates
Our current checkout configuration includes Standard Shipping at $8, Free Standard Shipping for orders of $70 or more, and Express Shipping at $15. The exact eligible methods and charges are shown at checkout and may vary based on eligibility. If a promotion or a different option appears at checkout, review the final total before paying.
Processing and delivery times
We process orders after payment is accepted. Estimated delivery dates, when available, will be shown at checkout or by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, adverse weather, address errors or other unforeseen events. We do not guarantee an arrival date.
Tracking
When a tracking number is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. You can also visit Track Your Order.
Shipping problems
If an order is delayed, lost, arrives damaged or appears misdelivered, please contact us with your order number at nexpodofficial17@gmail.com. We will investigate and help identify an appropriate resolution under applicable law.
